We bake our bread fresh every day for hotels, restaurants and individuals who like to enjoy the finest for their meal.

We bake daily:

Baguette
Made the old fashioned French way, a long thin bread with a crispy crust and soft middle. Baked in regular size or half size for sandwiches.
Toast
Deliciously light, fluffy & pre sliced ready to be toasted and enjoyed.
Rolls
Small bread topped with different topping as sunflower seeds, cheese, vallmo, sesame, linfrö and much more. These are also the favorate of the little ones.
Loaves
This crusty bread with strong sourdough flavor and a chewy interior with an open texture makes great sandwich bread and is a good companion for soups and salads.
Pumpernickel
German sourdough bread made traditionally with rye meal (a coarsely ground form of the rye flour).
Bagels
Made traditionally with yeasted wheat dough in the form of a roughly hand-sized ring which is boiled in water and then baked. Our Bagels are topped with seeds baked onto the outer crust.
Danish Rye
This delicious sourdough rye bread is sliced thick, and is perfect for popular open-face sandwiches served at Bread & Butter.
English style muffin
Yeast-leavened form of bread commonly eaten at breakfast in England. These are great for your afternoon teas.
Crackling bread
Thin and crispy rye bread, natural or with additional flavours. Herbs & sea salt, sun dried tomato, parmesan cheese, sesame seed and other ingredients.
